About Jeff
Jeff Clayton founded Vertis Therapy in the spring of 2011. He built a successful career as a Physical Therapist and a career in therapy operations for national and local therapy companies. He felt the need to build an organization that would support therapists with clinically-focused treatments and ethical practices. While he does miss the day-to-day patient interaction, being on site with his teams and interacting with the patients to hear about how their needs are being met by the staff allows him to maximize the value of the services provided to the community.
Jeff is married 20 plus years to the love of his life, Kara, who is Physical Therapist. They have three children who love travel and adventure! Jeff is an avid health and fitness guy. He has played basketball for the past 21 years with a group of guys from his town. Jeff is a devoted man who works hard to balance life between faith, family and work.

About Linda
Linda is 40+ year veteran of long-term care operations and clinical development, having been in a variety of professional roles on state and national levels. Linda is a national educator in dementia care, and has a passion for helping others to enable elders with dementia to live meaningful and productive lives in home-like settings. She possesses a variety of professional certifications, such as being NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) Adult Stroke certified. Linda is very involved in national professional boards, such as the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies.
She has a diverse skill set in program development and implementation resulting in fiscally responsible and meaningful programs, often consulting with customers on healthcare strategy in this evolving reimbursement environment.
Away from work, Linda is an active volunteer in Grief Recovery in the community and her church. She lives in the Indianapolis area where she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
